This cold pressed yellow mustard oil is deemed to be extracted from finest quality mustard seeds. it is known to strike a balance between taste and health.This oil is of good quality as the consistency of the oil is proper and it tastes bitter which is one of the key identifiers of mustard oil. The color of oil is consistent which means there is no mixing. It is not too light or too dark. The taste of food cooked in the oil is also very good. The best part is this oil doesn’t burn too much.
